3. Q: I can't find the product in your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: While our catalogue showcases most offerings, it doesn't cover everything. Simply inform us of your desired product,
and the quantity needed. If unavailable, we can innovate a new mould to manufacture it.
For your information, creating a standard mould generally takes around 30 days.
4. Q: Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Certainly! We've crafted numerous bespoke products for clients, with many moulds already made. For custom packaging, we can integrate your logo or details. Please note, additional costs may apply.
5. Q: Can you provide samples? Are the samples free?
A: Yes, sample provision is part of our service. Typically, we offer 1-3 pcs free for testing or quality assurance.
However, shipping costs are borne by you. For larger quantities or multiple items, sample charges may apply.
6. Q: What kind of payment do you accept? Can I pay RMB?
A: We accommodate T/T (Wire transfer). Ensure the full invoice amount is received, and RMB payments are accepted without issue.
7. Q: What about your delivery time?
