A: We do not maintain a fixed price list due to the vast range of items and fluctuating prices influenced by raw material costs and manufacturing expenses. For specific inquiries, please contact us directly, and we will promptly provide you with a quotation!
3. Q: I can't find a specific product in your catalogue. Can you create this product for me?
A: While our catalogue includes most products, it does not cover every item. Tell us what you need,
and the quantity desired. If unavailable, we can design and develop a new mold to produce it.
Note that creating an ordinary mold takes approximately 30 days.
4. Q: Can you produce customized products and packing tailored to my needs?
A: Yes, indeed. We have extensive experience crafting bespoke products and already possess many molds for past clients. Custom packing with your logo or details is possible, though it may incur extra costs.
5. Q: Can you provide samples? Are they free of charge?
A: Yes, samples are available. Typically, we offer 1-3 free samples for quality evaluation.
However, shipping costs are your responsibility. For larger quantities or numerous items, there will be a charge for the samples.
6. Q: What payment methods do you accept? Can payments be made in RMB?
A: We accept T/T (Wire transfer). Ensure the payment matches the invoice amount. RMB payments are welcome.
