Delivery
We offer a broad array of delivery methods for your convenience, including sea freight and fast courier services like DHL, FEDEX, and TNT.

Creating a standard mold generally requires around 30 days.
4. Q: Can you produce customized products and packaging?
A: Certainly! We have successfully crafted numerous bespoke products for our clients, with various molds already in use. As for customized packaging, we can incorporate your logo or other details, noting that it may incur additional costs.
5. Q: Are samples available? Are they complimentary?
A: Yes, we offer samples. Typically, we provide 1-3 pieces free of charge for testing or quality assessment.
However, shipping costs are borne by you. Should you require numerous or larger quantities, a nominal fee may be applied for the samples.
6. Q: What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay in RMB?
A: We accept T/T (Wire Transfer). Rest assured, we can receive the exact invoice amount, and payments in RMB are welcome.
7. Q: What is your delivery timeframe?
A: We maintain an extensive stock, enabling dispatch of stocked items within approximately 7 working days.
For items not in stock or insufficient stock levels, we will verify delivery timelines with you.
8. Q: How will my order be shipped? Is the process secure?
A: For smaller parcels, we will dispatch them using Express services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and EMS. This ensures a swift and safe
door-to-door delivery service.
For larger packages, shipping will be arranged via Air or Sea freight. We employ robust packing techniques to guarantee
