3. Q: If a product isn't listed in your catalogue, can you manufacture it for me?
A: While our catalogue features most products, it doesn't include all. Let us know your requirements,
and the desired quantity. If unavailable, we can design and create a new mould for production.
Note that creating a standard mould typically requires about 30 days.
4. Q: Do you offer customized products and packaging solutions?
A: Certainly! We've successfully crafted numerous customized products and packaging for our clients. Your logo or information can be added to the packaging, though additional costs may apply.
5. Q: Are samples available? If so, are they complimentary?
A: Yes, we provide samples. Typically, we offer 1-3 pieces free for testing or quality assessment.
Shipping costs are borne by you. For larger quantities or diverse items, sample charges will be applied.
6. Q: What payment methods do you accept, and can I pay in RMB?
A: We accept T/T (Wire transfer). Ensure we receive the full invoice amount, and RMB payments are welcome.
7. Q: How about your delivery timeline?
A: We maintain extensive stock, enabling dispatch within approximately 7 working days for available products.
Should stock be insufficient, we'll coordinate with you regarding delivery timelines.
8. Q: How will my order be shipped, and is it safe?
A: For small packages, we utilize reliable express services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and EMS.
This ensures a swift and secure Door to Door service.
For larger shipments, we opt for air freight or sea freight, employing robust packaging to ensure
