3. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue showcases most of our offerings, but not every product. Let us know your specific needs and quantity, and if we don't have it, we can design and create a new mould for production. Typically, creating a new mould takes about 30 days.

A: Yes, we offer samples, typically 1-3 pieces free of charge for testing or quality assurance purposes. However, the cost of shipping is borne by you. Should you require more items or larger quantities, a fee will apply.
