2. Q: I need your price list of all your products, do you have a price list ?
A: While a complete price list is not available due to the extensive range of items and ever-fluctuating prices, we are more than happy to provide you with specific pricing upon request. Feel free to contact us, and we will deliver a tailored offer swiftly! raw materials and producing costs. Should you require any price checks, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are committed to offering you prompt and accurate price information.
3. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue showcases many of our offerings, but not all. Simply let us know what product you desire,
and the quantity you require. If it's not available, we can design and create a custom mould for production.
For your reference, crafting an ordinary mould typically takes about 30 days.
4. Q : Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Certainly! We have a rich history of creating bespoke products for our clients, complete with numerous moulds already in use. When it comes to customized packing, we can seamlessly incorporate your logo or other details. Please note, however, that this may incur additional costs.
5. Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?
A: Indeed, we can provide samples. Typically, we offer 1-3 complimentary samples for testing or quality assessment.
However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. For larger quantities or multiple items, a sample fee may apply. we will charge for the samples.
6. Q: What kind of payment do you accept ? Can I pay RMB ?
A: We accept T/T (Wire transfer) for payments. Rest assured, we can receive the
full invoice amount. Payments in RMB are also accepted without issue.
7. Q : What about your delivery time?
A: We maintain a robust stock of products, allowing us to dispatch stocked items within approximately 7 working days.
For out-of-stock items, or if inventory is insufficient, we will coordinate with you on delivery timelines.
8. Q: How will my order be shipped, and is it safe?
A: For small packages, we ensure swift and secure delivery through Express services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and EMS. This provides
a convenient Door-to-Door service, guaranteeing your peace of mind.
For larger shipments, we offer flexible options by Air or Sea freight. We prioritize secure packaging to protect your items, ensuring
their safety throughout transit. Should any damage occur during delivery, rest assured that we take full responsibility.
