A: Our catalogue presents most products, but not all. If you need a specific item,
let us know the details and quantity required. If not available, we can design a new mould for production.
Creating a standard mould typically takes about 30 days.
4. Q: Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Absolutely. We have experience in producing customized items and have numerous moulds available. Custom packaging, with your branding or details, is possible, though it may incur additional costs.
5. Q: Can you provide samples? Are the samples free?
A: Yes, we offer samples. Generally, 1-3 pieces are provided free for testing or quality evaluation;
however, shipping costs are borne by you. For larger quantities or multiple items, sample charges may apply.
6. Q: What kind of payment do you accept? Can I pay RMB?
A: We accept T/T (Wire transfer). Please ensure the full invoice amount is received.
Payments in RMB are accepted without any issues.
7. Q: What about your delivery time?
